Guardian Gunner is a nonprofit that supports families after pregnancy, infant, or child loss. This policy says what this website stores and what we use it for.

We use information only for the purpose you gave it to us. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for any other purpose.

Sunshine requests

When you send a Sunshine request, we store your name, email, who the request is for, and what you need. If you ask for a Sunshine box, we also store a phone number and mailing address so we can send it. You may also give a child’s first name, the kind of loss, notes, and how you heard about us.

We use a Sunshine request to respond, to provide the help you asked for, and to email you a confirmation.

Prayer requests

When you send a prayer request, we store the request you wrote. Your name and email are optional. We use the request so our team can pray. If you leave an email, we use it only to send a confirmation. We do not publish prayer requests.

Who can read a request

Board members and volunteers who handle the request can read it. We also email a copy to our staff address so the request is not missed. The service that delivers that email sees the message only to deliver it.

Donations

Gifts are paid through PayPal. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. PayPal’s privacy policy covers that payment.

Website logs

The server that hosts this site keeps ordinary access logs, such as the page requested and the time, so the site can operate.
